Orthodontic Internship Day
INTERNSHIP IN ORTHODONTICS: an enriching immersion at ARCHAMBAULT & MORTON ORTHODONTISTES
The next generation is curious, passionate… and full of promise!
On the occasion of their end-of-year observation internship, five high school students came to experience an Orthodontic Internship Day at our Archambault & Morton clinic in Vaudreuil. A moment rich in discoveries, learning… and smiles!
A first day of orthodontic internship
Alana, Emma, Sophie, Amélie and Alissa were welcomed by our team for a full day exploring the different essential roles of an orthodontic clinic. From the laboratory to the sterilization room, including reception, assistance and the installation of elastic bands on training dentures with braces, our trainees were able to see how each gesture contributes to creating healthy smiles.
Concrete gestures, real learning in orthodontics
Supervised by our passionate professionals, the interns have:
-
Performed orthodontic elastics on dental models,
-
observed the sterilization methods in our workshop with Karen,
-
visited each station of the clinic to better understand the role of each worker.
A great way to demystify the profession of orthodontist, hygienist and dental assistant, while allowing young people to explore their professional future.
Proud to encourage the next generation of orthodontics
A team committed to transmission
At A&M, we believe that curiosity deserves to be nurtured. That’s why we open our doors to the next generation and happily pass on our passion for the profession during the Orthodontic Internship Day. Each intern leaves with a better understanding of dental care, but also with the inspiration of an environment where respect, precision and kindness are at the heart of daily life.
A memorable day of training
We will long remember the beautiful energy of these brilliant and caring young women. Thank you to them for their interest, their listening and their involvement during this day of orthodontic internship! A bright future in orthodontics for the Vaudreuil region.
And who knows? Maybe we’ll see one of them come back, this time as a colleague…
