Amy Archambault
ORTHODONTIC SPECIALIST, DMD, MSC, FRCD(C), PROFESSOR AND MOM
Dr. Amy Archambault grew up in Beaconsfield, Quebec. After becoming a dentist at the University of McGill in 2001, she completed a year of residency at the Jewish General Hospital. Dr. Archambault was a dentist in Brossard and in Hudson, Quebec, before going back to university to specialize in orthodontics. She studied for three years, and obtained her Master’s degree in Orthodontics at the University of Alberta, where she was awarded the Government of Alberta Graduate Scholarship for her outstanding academic achievements. Dr. Archambault is also a Fellow of The Royal College of Dentists of Canada, in Orthodontics.
Dr. Amy Archambault teaches at the McGill University Faculty of Dentistry and her scientific research on orthodontic devices and wires has been published in the Angle Orthodontist journal. In her leisurely moments, Amy enjoys camping, scuba diving, swimming, jogging, coaching soccer and downhill skiing.
Paul morton
ORTHODONTIC SPECIALIST, DDS, MSC, FRCD(C), PROFESSOR AND DAD
Dr. Paul Morton was born and raised in Hudson, Quebec. He received his Bachelor of Science degree with honours from Mount Allison University in 1998. He continued his studies at the University of McGill, where he became a dentist and was honored with the Canadian Association of Dentistry’s President’s Award. Dr. Morton completed a year of residency at the Montreal Children’s Hospital and continued to work as an associate dentist at the Montreal Children’s Hospital. Dr Morton is a supervising clinician of orthodontics at the University of Montreal where he studied for three years and obtained his Master’s Degree in Orthodontics. He is also a Fellow of The Royal College of Dentists of Canada, in Orthodontics. Dr. Morton worked as an Orthodontist in Edmonton, Alberta before coming back home!
Dr. Paul Morton is in charge of classes and a clinician of orthodontics at the Faculty of dentistry Faculté de médecine dentaire de l’Université de Montréal where he teaches future orthodontists. He also teaches at the McGill University Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Morton has trained colleagues throughout Canada and has presented the results of his research at International orthodontic congresses. He has also published his results in scientific journals. Paul also enjoys camping, scuba diving, swimming, curling, sailing and downhill skiing.

YOUR FIRST VISIT TO OUR ORTHODONTIC CLINIC?
The first visit to our clinic starts with a friendly introduction and a tour of our facilities.
Then together, we fill in and revise a medical questionnaire before taking digital photos of your face and your teeth. Afterward, Dr. Archambault or Dr. Morton will perform a complete orthodontic examination.
We are also able to answer questions, such as:
• Is there an orthodontic problem?
• How can the problem be corrected?
• Should the orthodontic treatment begin immediately or later?
• How much time will the treatment take?
• How much will the treatment cost?
• Are there any payment options?
A report will be sent to your dentist. All your questions will be answered during your visit. If you choose to proceed with the orthodontic treatment, we can begin immediately. Once the treatment is recommended, diagnostic information (additional x-rays and dental models) will be required to allow us to analyze your orthodontic needs.
