THE PRICE OF ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT
The cost of orthodontic treatment depends on the complexity of the problem and the length of the treatment. After the first examination, we will be able to estimate the precise cost of your treatment.
Each orthodontic treatment is different and that is why prices vary from treatment to treatment. We must consider the complexity of the treatment and the length of time needed to complete it.
Provide you with an estimate outlining the cost of the orthodontic treatment proposed
Your first visit will last approximately one hour. You will leave with a clear understanding of your orthodontic problem and the treatment plan. You will be provided with an estimate that can be submitted to your insurance company. We will take the time to discuss different payment options and work with you to find a payment plan that works with your budget. If the orthodontist decides that now is not the right time to begin orthodontic treatment, he or she will recommend a follow-up visit. We do not charge for follow-up visits. When the timing is right, the orthodontist will recommend treatment and an estimate will be presented.
FINANCIAL OPTIONS

- We offer interest-free payment options.
- We offer flexible payment plans that divide the cost into one initial payment and monthly payments distributed throughout the active phase of treatment.
- We accept different payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and post dated checks.
- An administrative courtesy is also offered for the complete treatment of multiple family members. Our treatment coordinators will be happy to discuss this with you privately.
INSURANCE
Private insurance coverage varies considerably. If you have an insurance plan that covers orthodontic care, we will assist you with your claim. Because we are a specialized clinic, we are not allowed to invoice your insurance company directly.
We will give you a written estimate using the form provided by the Canadian Association of Orthodontists. If you have private insurance coverage for orthodontic treatments, you will need to send them this form.
